Hello, my name is Philip Roth. I am a California native who grew up in Hermosa Beach. After graduating from California State University Long Beach in June of 2007, I began my career as a real estate appraiser.
I am a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with over 17 years of real estate appraisal experience, valuing all types of commercial and residential properties including complex and non-complex assignments.
My focus is on communication with my clients to deliver an appraisal that meets their needs and expectations. I have a notable working knowledge of the Southern California region and the locational nuances therein.
